Tradies pay $20-80 per lead with no guarantee of work. They're forced to travel far because platforms send leads to whoever pays most, not who's closest. They spend 10-15 hours per week unpaid—quoting jobs they won't win, answering tire-kicker calls, driving across the city.
Customers get connected with whoever pays the most for leads, not necessarily who's best or closest. Prices are inflated to cover lead costs. Quality suffers when tradies are stretched thin chasing work everywhere.

How We're Different
Success-Based Fees
Tradies only pay when they complete a job and get paid by the customer. 10% fee, capped at $300 maximum. No upfront costs. No gambling on leads that might not convert.
Local Work Priority
We connect customers with tradies who actually service their area. Not whoever pays most for leads. This means less travel for tradies, better service for customers, and stronger local communities.
Verification That Matters
Every tradie in our network is verified for:
- Valid trade license with state licensing authority
- Current public liability insurance
- References from previous work
No shortcuts. If they're not properly licensed and insured, they're not in our network.
No Corporate Extraction
Tradies Nation is run by one person. No investors demanding higher fees. No board meetings deciding to squeeze tradies harder. No shareholders extracting value. Just honest connection between tradies and customers.
The Model
For Customers
Completely free. No fees, no charges, no catches. Submit your job details, we connect you with verified tradies in your area. You deal directly with the tradie from there.
For Tradies
Success-based fees only. 10% of completed, paid jobs, capped at $300 maximum. You quote $500? If you win the job and the customer pays, our fee is $50. You quote $5,000? Our fee is capped at $300.
You never pay upfront. You never pay for leads that don't convert. You only pay when you've already been paid.
What This Is
Tradies Nation is a platform to connect customers with verified tradies. We verify licenses, we facilitate the connection, we provide tools and resources.
We don't employ tradies. We don't manage their work. We don't guarantee outcomes. Tradies are independent business owners who run their own operations.
